They also never be the runner-up of any season. The team plays their home matches at Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex, Noida, Utter Pradesh, India. UP Yoddha is currently led by Nitesh Kumar and coached by Jasvir Singh.
Jasvir Singh is a professional kabaddi player and coach. He was part of the Indian kabaddi team that won a gold medal in the Asian Games of 2014 & the world cup of 2016. He was also awarded the Arjuna award for his excellence in the game.
