In PKL Season 1, Manjeet Chhillar was the captain of the Bengaluru Bulls and scored 51 tackle points which is the highest number of tackle points by any defender in the tournament of the Pro Kabaddi League. Manjeet Chhillar also scored 71 raid points and emerged as the Star Sports Defender of the tournament in 2014. In PKL Season 2, he got the award of Most Valuable Players for his all-round performance.
Manjeet Chhillar got the gold medals in the National Championships of 2010, 2011, and 2012. He also grabbed two gold medals in the Asian Indoor Games of 2009 and 2010.
